Return/exchange requests need to be submitted within 15 days of the delivery of purchased products. Please fill our return policy is guaranteed for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, and no action is taken on your end, then, unfortunately, we can’t promise you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, it was when sent to you. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchased products back to the manufacturer.
Need to return – Few points to our returns form for easy processing of refunds, and make sure that items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with the original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

If you choose to self-ship the products back, then they should be dispatched out within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to AccessMEN Store. In this case, an amount of US$10 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection decision of your refund request.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you opt for that option instead.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
