Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At AccessMEN Store, we are committed to bringing our customers the most efficient and worry-free shopping experience.
We have a "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" policy in place - if you did not use it, nor did you damage it and decide to return it, then no questions asked!
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, and no action is taken on your end, then, unfortunately, we can’t promise you a refund or exchange, yet we never spare an effort to accommodate our customers, in any way possible.
To be eligible for a guaranteed return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition, it was delivered to you, with its original packaging and tags.
Please do not send your purchased products back to the manufacturing house address.
In case you receive a damaged/defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request that you share photo/video proof to "firstname.lastname@example.org".
Any returned item received that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions might not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to AccessMEN Store. In this case, an amount of US$10 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

- Freebies (products in Free Offers Collection)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our acceptance of your refund request, post item inspection.
If your claim eligible, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 5-7 business days, depending on the method of payment used and processing bank requirements.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please double-check your bank account. You could also contact your credit card company or bank, as the refund transaction might still be in processing.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately on email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, as those are normally limited stock and are on first come first serve bases.
All customers are covered under our hassle-free exchange policy when the item delivered is deemed unacceptable whether due to manufacturing defects or damages caused by shipping. We will require our customers to submit their exchange claim within 24 hours of delivery and to include photo/video showing the damage/defect, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving to you later, we are required by law to issue the refund to the original payment method (gift giver) and they will, unfortunately, have to find out about your return. Customers have the option to exchange their item instead of requesting a refund, and their item can be replaced with any other item, as long as it is within the total value of the credit granted.

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless otherwise advised by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of the original shipping and the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount if you opt for that option instead. Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
